You are Source Energy in a physical body. You are out here on the leading edge of thought assisting in the expansion of the Universe.
Your emotions are your indication of what you are doing with your vibration. This is why it is so important to pay attention to how you feel. Your emotions tell you where you are vibrating and your vibration equals your point of attraction. Once you really understand this you will never be surprised about what manifests in your life. You can't set your radio dial on 630 AM and receive what's being broadcast on 98.7 FM, the frequencies have to match up.
If you want more money but you've got your frequency set on I don't have enough money, more money cannot come to you.
As you are observing what is you are offering a vibration that matches what you are observing and the Universe matches that vibration and gives you more. Then you observe more of what is and get more of what is.
If you want what is to change you have to start offering a different vibration. Don't continue to fight what is but instead make peace with it. Try to find a way of looking at what is and make yourself feel better about it. As you find a way to make peace with where you are, you begin to open your vibrational portals and will begin to allow in those things that have been waiting for you in vibrational escrow.
It's wonderful that you live in an environment with this glorious buffer of time. Be glad that your thoughts don't manifest instantly. Often you are nearly on the brink of manifestation but because you stop and take score and see that it hasn't physically manifested yet your vibration turns to one that is reflected by disappointment and then you start moving away from what you said you wanted. Your thinking either brings you closer to your desired manifestations or takes you away from them.
Abraham offers a few examples:
Jerry and Esther being in Phoenix and wanting to go to San Diego. J&E know that if they head west and keep a reasonable speed they will arrive in San Diego. They never get to the halfway point which is Yuma, AZ and get so unhappy about not being in San Diego that they get discouraged and turn around and go back to Phoenix.
Having a body that is sick. You are starting to find some hope and optimism and are moving well along the way to a full recovery but because the manifestation is not yet evident and is not yet showing up on the doctors scans and tests you assume that you are not on your way to recovery, you freak out about the test results and you head back to Phoenix.
Struggling with not having enough money. You find a vibration out of sheer willpower or desire and are doing a good job of lining up with it and your financial situation starts turning around. But then something happens to cause you to look abruptly at what is and you find yourself focusing on the lack or the opposite of what you want. The disappointment, anger and worry you feel is your indication that you have lost your vibrational bead on your vibrational frequency and now you've turned around and are headed back to Phoenix.

God and the Law of Attraction - Pt.2
A Law of Attraction View of God
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth”. (Genesis 1:1)
I’ve always been intrigued by this Bible passage because for me it was always shrouded in mystery. I didn’t doubt that it happened but I wanted to know how. How did God create something out of nothing?
I’m an insatiably curious person and have been my whole life. I remember being told as a child by some well meaning adults (thankfully not my parents) not to question this but to just accept it. Well, hearing that just made me question it even more. It frustrated me that people would prefer to tell me not to question something instead of just admitting that they didn’t know the answer. Maybe they thought it was wrong to question anything that had to do with God. Who knows? Not me, I thought it was a good question and deserved an answer. I’m no longer a child but I’m just as inquisitive as I was back then. I still want to know and experience things and get to their deeper meaning.
I think that is why I’ve enjoyed my study of the Law of Attraction so much. It has brought me to a deeper understanding of what I was taught about God through the Bible. I see no conflict between God and the Law of Attraction because I see everything as being connected. I see everything as being a part of God. This realization has allowed me to look through more compassionate, more loving eyes at the world around me and those in it. It has also provided me a way to live a more creative and empowering life experience.
So, back to the original question – how did God create something out of nothing? If there was no visible universe, no other life that we know of, then how did the first something get created? In keeping with my statement from Part 1 of this series I will repeat that I don’t know all there is to know about God and the workings of the Universe but I do have a belief about it which is what we all have – a belief. I believe that our universe and everything in it first began with a thought.
According to the Science of Mind teachings God is Mind, Spirit, Intelligence. The invisible power which makes all things out of Itself, by an inner action of its own thought upon Itself.
Wallace Wattles, in “The Science of Getting Rich” calls God the One Substance, the Original Substance, the Thinking Substance and says that the desire you feel for a rich, full life experience is God seeking to express Himself through you.
Abraham-Hicks refers to God as Source Energy and says that we are physically focused extensions of God (Source Energy) and that we are on the leading edge of thought. Abraham says that “the universe is ever expanding, and you are a point of light expanding in this system. Life (God) summoning through you is what it's all about -- not the completion of anything."
God, Source Energy, Mind, the Original Substance – whatever you want to call it - is the great reason behind everything. Being All-Knowledge it must know Itself and everything it creates. Being All-Presence means we can contact it anytime, anywhere. Being All-Knowing and operating through the power of the Word (thought) means it knows everything we think. It is apparent that the process of creation is an inner thought process.
God makes all things out of Himself through self-knowing or thinking. God thinks, or knows and that which He thinks or knows appears from Himself and is made out of Himself.
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1)
When we know that God is, we have a principle that is exact and is going to correspond to our thought about it. Remember that it is always done to us as we believe. We must believe that our word is law and that there is something that takes our thought and completes it for us without fail. We must also have faith and by that I mean positive mental activity or positive thinking.
“All things are possible to him who believes” (Mark 9:23)
“It will be done just as you believed it would” (Matt 8:13)
“We walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Cor. 5:7)
“I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” (Matt 17:20)
When we realize that we are like God, because we are made out of God, we will realize that our word (thought) also has power. If we realize that there is only One Mind then it follows that our word (thought) is the activity of that One Mind in our consciousness and that the energy that creates worlds is the same energy that flows through us.
The Law of Attraction says that you create your reality through your thoughts. God and the Law of Attraction, sounds like a perfect match to me.

God and the Law of Attraction? Pt. 1
Our Beliefs About God?
Where does God fit in all this talk about the Law of Attraction? This is a valid question and one worth examining in greater detail. This is a big topic to cover in just one post so I will be devoting several posts to exploring the different aspects of it. I would like to make it clear that I am not telling you what to believe because that decision is entirely up to you. But I am asking you to keep an open mind and consider the possibilities as we delve more deeply into this topic.
I think it is important to get this out in the open – I don’t know all there is to know about God and the workings of the Universe and neither do you. How can we? A belief that we know all there is to know implies that everything is done and that cannot be since this Universe is eternally expanding and so are we. Since we don’t know everything there is to know, that means that there is always something new to discover, a new way to view or experience something that will increase our understanding of it.
In order to gain a deeper understanding of anything you must first be willing to see it in a different light. You must be open to the possibility of seeing it another way. Now, being open to the possibility doesn’t mean you have to agree with it, it just means that it’s possible. You can find evidence for or against anything you want but you will always find evidence according to your beliefs.
If you want to see how God and the Law of Attraction go together then you must first be willing to see it. It still amazes me how the mere mention of God in a conversation can push people’s buttons like it does. Different views of God can really provoke some ugly arguments and I’m not sure why that is. I’m not asking for quantum leaps here but I would like to see a healthy questioning of your beliefs about God. Questioning a belief is merely taking a deeper look at it. It will show you whether or not your belief is really yours or is instead what someone wants you to believe. But remember, no one can change your belief but you. So before we get into God and the Law of Attraction let’s take a closer look at our beliefs about God.
Do you believe...
You are separate from God or that you are a physical extension of God?
God created the world and then stopped creating or that God continues to create?
There is anything that God can’t do?
God communicates directly with you?
God has physical attributes like Man or that God is Energy?
God sees you as limited or unlimited?
God wants you to live all the life you are capable of living?
There is something that connects everything in this Universe?
I hope you will take some time to consider what you think about these questions because your belief about God will reveal everything to you regarding your belief about life and what you believe is possible.
